Pursuing compensation for victims of accident and injury
Our firm seeks to maximize your recovery of money damages as just compensation for your wrongful injuries. Generally, a successful legal claim based upon negligence requires wrongful conduct by the other party (such as failing to exercise reasonable care in operating a motor vehicle) and damages. Damages can be monetary (e.g., lost wages), physical (e.g., bodily injury) and/or emotional (e.g., pain and suffering).
Other types of claims are more subtle. Insurance bad faith claims are based upon unfair treatment by your own insurance company. We can analyze such claims and advise whether you may have a viable claim against the insurance company. Our firm is equipped to handle multiple legal claims, including but not limited to:
If we accept your case, we have faith in the merit of your claim. We will help finance the upfront costs of taking your case, all the way to trial if necessary.
The client always has the choice to pay for legal services on an hourly basis; however, most personal injury clients will choose to pay for representation on a contingency basis, meaning the attorney only gets paid out of monies collected on behalf of the client. Since our legal fees are in most cases completely contingent on whether we win your case, it makes sense that we accept cases that we believe to be winnable. Under a contingency fee agreement, we only get paid if you obtain a favorable settlement, verdict or money judgment and there are no legal fees associated with our services if you do not recover money damages.
We dedicate our time and resources toward taking your case to trial, in many cases at no upfront cost to you. We are reimbursed for the expenses we pay upfront only at the close of settlement negotiations or trial.
